I add it to my coffee filter

I also add black pepper (to allow the body to fully benefit from the turmeric), cinnamon, nutmeg, and some quality sourced coffee

Hafa Adai!

My wife and I lived there for 8 years. We are in LA now but looking to go back in a couple of years. Hope you are enjoying the place. Lived across the street from Hilton and snorkeled everyday around Tumon Bay up to Gunn Beach! Peace!

Wow! what a small world! you recognize the view then! So cool. My father lives 4 hours north of LA, in Pismo Beach, San Luis Obispo. I wish it were easier to go back and forth. I'm hoping to be able to afford a trip back to California next summer...as far as enjoying Guam, I could write pages and pages about how much I love it here! I actually was born here on Guam (although raised in California), I've lived most of my life on Guam, my wife is a local Guam girl and both my children were born here.
