Honestly, I tried steemit school I found a lot of spammers, and background noises, every one asking you to upvote and to follow or promote their posts, and people that their only interest is this contest and Steem Schools Ultimate Challenge you make(I think we need to educate more people that steemit is much more than platform for earning money)

I tried to ask an Honest question

I see a lot of youtube video "Make money on steemit"
"How my first post made me 300"
and a lot of steemit articles

but no one really talking behind the scene and that majority of the posts that making a lot of money is because that invested with a lot of money upvotes bots

are my time and effort worth it? I spent a lot of time on my posts sometimes 5 seconds of animated can take hours, should I continue the hard work or the effort while having only a few followers not worth it?
or should I cool down a little bit with my posts till I have an audience?

or continue spending a lot of time and effort and eventually it will pay off?

So I worked super hard on my posts, I treat it as youtube chanel
creating post cover the script, the format, the graphic the animation
a lot of planning and preparation, and only then post.

I think people need learn more from people that succeeded on steemit because of the content and not the money they invested, we need more people that will guide other how to format their post what hours and how to prepare and make a good content, and people that made it from zero without any investment.

steemit it's a business model I do not see here posts where someone
from zero and now he a whale talking how he made it with 0 money and then where did he invest what strategy he took.

but I do see a lot of people that talking how they made X from their post, and then when you check their wallet you understand that they dropped a lot of money to bots, and new great content just get crashed inside this tags because no money to pump their self

I see people posting posts with the picture they took on their phone of some flower outside their house and getting hundreds all dollars while new steemit users like me that creating an original content, and spending hours, and getting nothing because I don't have the money to invest in steemit
like the guy that just posted phone image of a flower and got 500$

because of everyone just busy to suck up to some whale post and leave a comment to get some of the pieces of that money pie, or their attention,
and not searching for real good content creators (unless they got a lot of steem power) or some whale.

and the problem that if you not a whale or don't have the money to promote your self, the whales that pumping their posts making all the Minnows posts go down in the list and no one sees.

The problem is most of the whale not give a shit about other posts they just posting their post and then pumping up with bots because they have a shit load of money and steem power, and all new uses or other user get lost inside this steemit jungle.

Another big part of those whales only upvoting their own comments
and the other part of pumping up their posts, not even bother to comment to their followers or readers with a comment on their post.

you can't even get a whale attention to read your content they only care about their content.

what the point spending hours on creating great content if no one wants to look at your work unless you a whale, and whales don't care of other works

dear @dobartim I would love to hear guides about the success strategy from people that didn't invest their money on steemit regular people that found their success on steemit and I will be more than happy to hear and to follow someone like this, and if you target especially on this issue this will help much more people and motivate them much more.

Just think about it a class where the teacher well knows because of the content and he never invested a penny into steemit and now he is a whale that teaches his strategy.

there is no easy money, I just want to make sure that my hard work is worth it even if this building of audience will take me months or years but will keep me motivated and safe while knowing that, yes you actually can success (no matter the time it will take)

IS IT POSSIBLE TO PEOPLE THAT DON"T HAVE MONEY TO INVEST IN STEEM, beside GOOD AND ORIGINAL CONTENT TO success HERE( from your real experience).

this is purely my experience and my opinion I not saying that steemit school is not good it is good, I just saying we need to focus steemit on content and not on the money
