An open and neutral mind will INDEED be kept, and I am actively working behind-the-scenes on taking LAWFUL preparatory action (aka : "discovery"), with RELEVANT professional agencies/organizations (based on my formal legal education, as well as consultation with some practical attorneys in my network, to achieve a solution to this issue which is "provably fair" and ULTIMATELY for the protection of the community here (especially those who have lost Steem as a result of fraud allegations. Now that some more legitimate higher level administrators are aware of (and being update on) the issue, and have expressed serious concern I intend to continue with LEGAL methods to ASSIST the community in finding a resolution to this.

Nope. I want ZERO correspondence with you. I KNOW that something is "fishy" with your operation. The key is finding out exactly WHICH part of what you are doing is "not right".
