WOULD YOU STILL SUPPORT STEEMIT IF YOU DIDNT GET REWARDED?

DREAM IT AND THEN STEEMIT

At first I was like yeah this is a great idea, and I see alot of ways that people are make money.. Youtubers are youtubing on here, and some just already have a mass following so its a good incentive when you join and see that some blogs are generating thousands of dollars in a matter of minutes after posting.

My question is for all of you on here right now..

Would you still be a part of this community if you never got any rewards for your blogs, comments or upvotes?

Id love to here what your honest opinion is in regards.

Honestly not because there a lot of sites like it and steem is unique where you can get rewards just for bloging and being 'active'

Dont get me wrong im not on steemit for rewards either when i make blogs i really try to do it best i can so community can stay 'healthy' and spam free

Thanks for your comment, I only found out about steemit through researching it and what it was used for as you do when youre looking for reason to invest in other CC and altcoins on the market and not just blindly.

Hmm, honestly I think this community has a lot of potential, is just that the fact that we can get paid is a big plus that makes this platform advance at a much faster pace.

Thanks for your comment, I think maybe time will tell in what direction we are going with steemit

Well, Steem does store data on a block-chain at no cost for me... so, yeh.

yes that is true and a great point

I can honestly say yes I would. I like how the system is setup currently, although it can use a few tweaks here and there to get rid of some of the trash comment spam etc. But I have always wanted to get into "blogging" and being able to talk about stuff that has a community with half a brain, (speaking of those who are actually into Crypto) so aren't all about cat memes and League of Fails on Youtube. I really believe this platform could be something amazing, the reward system is fine (for now) just to generate an interest, but I do believe it should be cut back a bit to allow creators who want to thrive in a content rich environment to spread their wings and do just that. Create actual content that's unique and not found elsewhere on the internet. Ok I digress a little here, to reiterate on your question, yes I would join and stay within this platform regardless of the rewards. It just has a really good feel about it, not entirely polished, but it's got alot or room to grow into something great, which I want to be apart of.

Very true. My wife has always wanted to blog and is an amazing writer. Steemit has allowed her to live and dream that she has had for a long time. Thanks for your valid opinion

Yes, I spend 50/60k a year in Facebook advertising and they offer only business in return, no relationships, nothing, just a advertising platform at this point. I use it and appreciate the opportunity I have there, but there is no "value" in the community of Facebook unless its b2b or for advertising and marketing.

Thanks for your comment @royschuh ...wow 50/60k is alot of money aswell, may I ask what it is you do? and is it worth it?

I own 8 gyms, the roi is great, 5/600% return easy but only when you get to spending big dollars, smaller amounts limited to a single amount have a small turnover

8 gyms will keep you very busy Id guess... good on you very inspiring

I would like to think I would I find the variety of posts on here are much more interesting than what I see on other social media sites and also have friends on here that came from other sites which shut down who will not go on the big Social media pages so would stay here to keep in touch with them
