How to see if someone down-voted your story?

I noticed recently some people posting to others to remove their down votes.

How are they able to see who down voted?

Downvoting a post can decrease pending rewards and make it less visible. Common reasons:

    This is a great question. sometimes down votes are visible as "-name" rather than "+name" after you click the down arrow next to # votes to the right of the $ amount... but I think if you use something like PIStON you might be able to see all the votes.
