So Knowledge spillover is what Steem allows for when a collection of high IQ brains systematically yet chaotically seem to exchange excess amounts of valuable data with each other. We must learn these phrases and definitions to understand exactly what it is that we are doing here on Steem and we must accept that Harvard internet social scientists have already studied and come up with models for exactly the sorts of mind blowing social breakthroughs we experience daily on steem!
