Help!!how can i upload profile pic

i am new in steemit...and trying to upload my profile pic but cant find any option to do so ...can any one help please...

    Hi, you can use https://postimages.org to upload an image from your files, then copy and paste the second option called ‘direct link’ into the url box under profile pic. Hope this helps!
