Publisher of a local newspaper here.
I have a question to all the tech-savy people here who fully understand the structure and the dynamic of a steem-based community.
We are a small newspaper from the North of Italy and we have a very active community. Basically they can publish their own pieces in a special section. We would like to promote citizen journalism and so far it works quite well. Think of it as a mix of normal online newspaper and a section who looks like reddit.
Furthermore we are bilingual. Some articles are in German and some in Italian.

And here's my question: would it be thinkable to use Steemit/Ethereum to organize/incentivice the community? What are the pro and cons?
