As related to this initial post asking for Volunteers to help with @userhelp and to anyone else willing to help ( read below ) here are the instructions now that you are part of the team.
First, user's who have problems on SteemIt can now put in the tag #userhelp and they will find there way to the new User Help Support Ticket area via ChainBB.
Second, this is where you all come in. You'll be able to respond to them via your current account. User's who post support questions directly into the forum, the @userhelp account will be able to get some beneficiary reward , 1 % for right now and will scale as the forum grows, for answering questions.
Once it is implemented that we can add you as mods to and direct beneficiary rewards ,but in the meantime funneling the rewards to your accounts. We are also setting up a 3rd party ticket system and website.
Thirdly, we are also going to be online via SteemIt.chat #help channel you can see it here:
Finally, if you are interested again being part of the team please post below in the comments section below! We need as many people who are willing to help answer questions , or even jump online in the steemit.chat userhelp account. We will be rotating people out of the account.
We are looking forward to making this grow, and really help the SteemIt eco-system keep it's retention of it's users.
