Daddys end of the year advice

in steemit •  7 years ago  (edited)

Father called us
Me being the first headed the train of four
We sat at the round table in the dinning hall and he began
My children the world is a very small place, don't look down on anyone.
All fingers are not equal, be content with what you have

Put God first in everything you do, invite him to all events in your life
Do something in his house that he will use to bless you
Do you sing, sing well
Do you usher, do it deligently
Don't do eye service , so you will be blessed from your services
Help the needy, and don't be rude to the poor
Whatever you have today is given to you by God, let giving be your lifestyle

Finally my children he said drinking up his wine
Humility fetches diamonds
Pride can take away your good fortune

I enjoyed reading this. This is something that is fast losing it's popularity among people nowadays. But it still remains relevant.

I like that's in poetic form.
