Poloniex SBD Steem Wallets closed

So I googled it...

And got 6 month old posts .. does this have to do with recent price moves of messing around by witnesses ? I'm quite used to polo suspending wallets on crypto's but this strikes me as a bit off that SBD/STEEM a major top 20 crypto gets closed , If you know what gives please post some links or info in comments , will be greatly appreciated .

    I would guess it has something to do with deposits to Poloniex not working right now. I made a deposit a day or two before the warnings went up. I made a ticket after 24 hours of not seeing the deposit transferred into my Poloniex balance. The next morning the warnings were up. It is going on six with days no deposit and still no response to my ticket...
