Perhaps the other steemit blogger simply cut and paste the articles or even videos from the original authors, without them knowing it ?

Or perhaps the "identity thieves" lack of original ideas to post up, rather than using other people's contents ?

He or she should get the permission from the original author in the event he or she would like to use the articles, photos or even videos.

OR perhaps these are hot and popular topics in the past ? Brought up again, to get more upvotes and gain some cents from these...
