Gofundme Campaign

Almost Perfect

So I have been looking around online for Small to Medium RV's, since donations have come to a halt, and been contacting the sellers trying to see if anyone would a.) Donate their RV or b.) Sell it to me (owner financing) at a reasonable rate. I have been promoting Steemit in the process as well as in the real world. Have already handed out about 50 business cards to people, several of which I am sure are now Steemians. In my searching I found this $3500 beauty that would be perfect for 3 Steemians to travel around visiting other Steemians, visiting Steemit Meetups and to Promote Steemit.com.

That would be absolutely amazing to have, would be relatively inexpensive on Fuel (considering it is an RV), is small enough you can go just about anywhere, but roomy enough for 3 people comfortably....more if people sleep in same beds with each other.

It would still need somethings done to it before the trip could start, like Wrapping it in Steemit Advertising, some minor repairs/upgrades might also be needed. However, instead of $25,000 needed to get the "Steemit Ambassador RV" rolling it could be done for $10,000 (maybe less).

As a result of my searching I am revising the Campaign Goal to $10,000.

So far donations have been slow coming, but they are coming. They have all been via Steem/SBD so far. All SBD Donations are being converted (immediately) to Steem for two reasons: 1) It is easier to keep track of what is Donations and what is normal earnings if all donations are converted to Steem, 2.) The price of steem will likely continue to rise over the course of this campaign, making it easier to hit the goal.

The Plan

I am determined, as should be obvious by now, to make the "Steemit Ambassador RV" a reality; one way or another. Hence the reason, that regardless of donations (received) I will continue this Campaign and Fund it myself with whatever I can, whenever I can. I would rather get this going, sooner than later, so that I can begin to Promote Steemit and help other Homeless/Destitute Steemians. But if it takes a year to get the money then it takes a year. I will keep at it until it becomes a reality.
