#1 there is little to no benefit in having multiple accounts. Having 1200 upvotes and comments from accounts with no SP amounts to zero rewards. Also, you gain greater rewards from 1 account with 1200 SP, then you would with 1200 accounts each with 1 SP each. It makes more sense to consolidate your SP in a single account.
#2 A whale can certainly vote for himself(this is not a problem), from his own account or some other account he controls, but if the posts he makes have no value and receive no other votes other then his own. He would make more rewards voting honestly on good/popular content. There is little to no incentive to only vote on your own dummy posts. In addition, others will likely notice the valueless "spam" and downvote it. Though like i said, there is little incentive to do this in the first place. The whale would earn more simply voting on the top 20 trending posts each day. The only "advantage" i can see is that you earn liquid rewards from authoring the posts.
#3 I seriously doubt you figured out a way to create a whale account, without purchasing or earning the requisite rewards, barring some serious bug in the code. You havn't given any details so there's no way to say where you are wrong but given your other misunderstandings on the other 2 scenarios I think it's safe to say there is likely some error in your thinking on this as well.
I hope this helps. : )

Well since I am wrong on all three accounts then I guess no one will mind if I exploit Steemit using what I know!

Of course it does and I have no intention of using them....if I did I wouldn't have posted about them.

That makes sense to me and I want to express my thanks for how much you care about this growing community on a level where most of us can not participate on.

I wrote a longer comment to this topic but still want to go over it.
My short comment is that I hope that the core developers and all programmers and geeks in here don't make the mistake to underestimate any valuable input. Most of us in here have to trust that you guys are making decisions factoring in that there might also be dark Satoshis out there - lone or not so lone. But I guess I'm stating the obvious ;-)
I have to hope and trust that the blockchain is trojan horse prove - technologically as well as sociologically and psychologically - but we shall still see that ;-)
