Sp drop after powerdown

We have decided to powerdown almost all tokens and concentrate on building Sp and Hp to increase stakes and increase curation.
Most of the token will need time to powerdown and we wont be dumping all as we wont get a reasonable price for them. So this will be done gradually.
We hope to powerup at least half of the Sp and Hp generated and hope to also take out some leases
