I'm Done with Steemit

Steemit is just another censorship platform. Downvoting and flagging get rid of the utility of the blockchain as an unchangeable record. Given how Steemit just wants to be another Twitter... it can go to hell.

Downvoting a post can decrease pending rewards and make it less visible. Common reasons:

  • Disagreement on rewards
  • Fraud or plagiarism
  • Hate speech or trolling
  • Miscategorized content or spam
