     I'll probably get down-voted and drowned by this comment; nevertheless...

     When I first signed up I saw so much potential with Steemit,  unfortunately now as the new, hot and trending articles litter my screen, this is really looking like a giant infomercial.

     C'mon!  Time to bury this BS.  It is not attractive to new users.

Downvoting a post can decrease pending rewards and make it less visible. Common reasons:
