thanks r4y4 for your explanation. It is making things more clear. I have sent a ticket 3 days ago and received answer by them few hours after... but then nothing changed...

    I wrote a more detailed story exspacally for this topic here.... You seem to be one of the first people where this problem accure. What did poloniex say in their respond to your ticket? Did they give an atampt to explain the situation?
