A great crypto exchange platform that worked very well for years for me till the Steemit HF19 day. I have no idea what went wrong... someone is talking about a hacking received on the Steem/SBD wallet on Poloniex... someone else is saying that maybe someone in their staff wasn't aware of the hard fork and it caused issued transferring currencies.
I don't know exactly what was the main reason of this problems BUT a thing I know is that I have transferred **514 SBD the morning of the HF19 so exactly 15 days ago and I am still waiting to see them accrued to my wallet on Poloniex.
The transaction on @poloniex have been completed and the transaction id have been provided once I have opened my ticket but so far I am still waiting for my money. The day I have sent them... the exchange rate was 514SBD = 980 USD.
Now the conversion exchange will be 6-700 UDS so I am losing money but what is making me angry is the fact that anyway the ticket opened since 15 days I haven't received any contact from them. It is insane. What if those money were the only one I have and I couldn't eat???
Honestly I have always considered you as a great platform... but this time you are seriously upsetting me.
How many of you guys are in my same situation??? please let me know I am not the only one in this shitty situation.

Its not just Steem and SBD. I have severalother coins waiting for withdrawls for well over a week, caught up in their 'approval pending'process. I have raised several tickets over the past5 days and not one has had a response. I have no idea about HF19 issues or solvency but that level of incompetence and failure in customer service suggests to me that they are on the way out.

Heard a lot of different stories, some very frightening. I'm sorry for you guys, but i think you might not get your money back at all. I had some luck, i read articles and posts about Poloniex showing some problems. Personnaly i consider Poloniex dead... I went to Bittrex instead.

hi nevil thanks for sharing. I have sent in a second time 52sbd once the deposit/withdrawn bottoms were unlocked... thinking that once I was sending those money maybe I was unlocking the blocked 514sbd sent the week before. Weird the 52 were blocked too. The bottoms again unavailable for deposit or withdrawn so I have written a ticket to complaint about it. Time 1 or 2 days I got the 52 sbd deposited on my account. I have no idea why but I am still waiting for the 514 sbd

go on steemd.com then scroll down till you will find the transaction that you sent money to the exchanger... then on the right side of that transaction there is a small number like "69c2f279" click on it and will bring you to another page.

I got also same problem here, but to be honest i'm already totally deal with that I already lost my SBD .
In Polo here is bunch list of coins that doesn't works at the moment, Polo is garbage.
But I think you should forget your SBD , keep it up !!

Yes, as I heard that Poloniex announced that the transaction for steem and SBD is backed to normal. But it seems that it is totally not normal. I have numbers of friends who also deposit to Poloniex before. One of it have got his refund, but one doesn't until now. So, I also wonder whether it is really back to normal or what...if they cannot make it, don't mislead people..it is wasting the opportunity cost for others
