HOW DO YOU ASK STEEMIT TO BE YOUR TRUSTEE

Stolen Account Recovery can only be used on steemit.com if the account owner had perviously listed ‘Steemit’ as their account trustee

    i thought to recover your password you need to have steemit as the trustee but i have no idea how to do that. see below

    I think the only way to recover the password is facebook, my account for example can't recover password because I have created with email 2 months ago, I think trustee is account related to facebook
