Love this idea. Since I'm still new and others might want to know, including myself, how do I give out a certain percentage for any given post?

Downvoting a post can decrease pending rewards and make it less visible. Common reasons:

  • Disagreement on rewards
  • Fraud or plagiarism
  • Hate speech or trolling
  • Miscategorized content or spam

    You need enough steem to give out a certain percentage!
