Mercedes-Benz W196R (1954)
During the auction held in 2013 at the Goodwood Festival of Speed, the racing Mercedes W196R, sold by Juan Manuel Fangio himself, was sold. Mercedes W196R is a variant of W196, characterized by exposed wheels, used on winding tracks. This car is a real milestone in the field of motorsport and an important piece in Formula 1 history. Developed by Mercedes engineers, he introduced to the races such technical solutions as: fuel injection (previously used carburettor), as well as desmodronic valve in which he does not use valves closing springs - this role is taken over by the camshaft. In the years 1954-1955, both variants contributed to the Mercedes winning 9 of the 12 races in which his cars competed.

Ferrari 250 GTO
Among the most expensive cars in the world, we can find the most Ferrari representatives. One of the most iconic models of this brand is 250 GTO. In the years 1962-1964, 39 vehicles of this racing vehicle were produced. The debut of this car took place during the 12-hour race in Sebring, and the Phill Hill Formula 1 world champion sat at the wheel. For all three years, the Ferrari 250 GTO has won the world championship in its class. The combination of classic Italian style with a 3-liter V12 engine with 300 hp, gave the effect of a car highly sought after by collectors. In addition to the 33 basic models, there were also 3 with a larger 4-liter engine and 3 with a modified body. Among the most expensive cars in history there are as many as three copies of 250 GTO.
Prices: 15.7 million, 17.7 million and 32.1 million dollars .
Bugatti 57S Atlantic (1936)
A conceptual and four production model was created, and only two copies of the Bugatti 57S Atlantic have survived to this day. This unique model was the most modern and effective pre-war car. The car owes its unique appearance to the riveted car body to a concept model that was created from the magnesium alloy known as Elektron. The production version was made of cheaper aluminum, but it was decided to leave the characteristic "mohawks". Beautiful design, high price and great performance meant that it was a car for the chosen. It is no different today. One of the original copies existing today (black) is in the hands of Ralph Lauren. The second was bought in 2010 by the American Mullin Automotive Museum located in California. Exact price, for which this car was sold, it was never given. It is also worth noting that there are many copies of this model, sometimes built on more popular varieties of Type 57.
I feel sorry for you ;(
