wantwiserupvote gains momentum and how wiser voted April 20, 2017

The wantwiserupvote tag seems to be picking up traction. You can see from the tally over the past few days that gradually more and more people are using the tag.

If you haven't already, I would encourage you to take a look at the posts using the wantwiserupvote tag. This is the work of the small minnows, those users currently holding less than 2,000 SP in their wallets. There is some truly high quality content on a wide variety of topics.

I started this initiative because I want to upvote small minnows and in order to save time I need them to find me rather than me having to go hunting them down. Right now I spend a lot of time inviting small minnows using the introduceyourself tag to tag up to one post a day with the wantwiserupvote tag, but my hope is that soon I will not need to in order to upvote 21 small minnows daily.

However the tag has now become a really nice gallery for small minnows to showcase their work. Although there was a bit of a rough start in terms of rule violations I am truly grateful that since then those using my tag have been very respectful of my rules, especially concerning the maximum amount of SP, making it truly about the small minnows.

So, small minnows all over Steemit, wantwiserupvote is your space to showcase your work and get a chance at my upvote.

A quick recap of the rules:

1. One post a day.
2. Author must have less than 2,000 SP in his or her wallet. I do check.
3. English language only, with decent paragraphing, spelling and grammar.
4. Nothing offensive, or not safe for work.

I have decided that once I consistently see 18 or more new tagged posts daily I will upvote 18 of those posts and reserve three votes a day for the introduce yourself tag. In this way I can continue to welcome new users and invite them to also use my tag.

The rest of my votes today followed my usual pattern. I will make another 56 upvotes tomorrow and then take the weekend off from curating while my voting strength, now at 70.78%, recovers. My rank is 3302 and my reputation score is 55.4.
