Did you know that mango is the national fruit of the philippines?
This is from Masbate, Philippines. Our co-workmate has a friend from masbate and they tried to sell it in the office. Almost 50 kilos was sold out even it doesn't look good because of the black spots in the surface. When you taste it , very sweet.
It was freshly picked-up from the tree and it is ripen in a natural way and no preservatives used.
There are a lot of products made of mango.
Like dried mangoes, mango juice and mango float.
It is good also for the health because it contains antioxidants, minerals , vitamin A(beta carotene), vitamin E and Selenium that foghts against heart failures and any diseases. Also it has magnesium that helps to reduce high blood pressure.It can also help regain your energy by eating this fruit.
