How can you still believe Steemit is legit?steemCreated with Sketch.

A few weeks ago I was struggling to get one or two upvotes on my posts suddenly I am getting at least thirty a post (again like I used to) WTF is going on?

Even reposts that were completely ignored are receiving lots of upvotes but I notice I earn approximately fuck all. I am not sure why there is such of a drastic change (again.)

There's got to be some kind of manipulation going on, I noticed that since this change has happened the price of Steem has stopped falling and even began to rise a little.

Has anybody else seen much more upvotes lately? Does anybody know why we see so many sudden changes on Steemit? Is this post going to receive lots more upvotes but no payment or comments?

I'm having the same problem buddy! Posts that were paying over $25 with 30 votes are now paying less than $10 with over 50 votes! And... it's just chapters of the same story.

I'm lucky to get ten cents!

2 weeks ago my account was worth over $90. Last week it dropped to the $60s. Now I just built it back up to $80s. This is the second time it's done that. I bank all my STEEM into power ups, so it shouldn't be taking these huge dips out of nowhere. I don't get it either. But, I never get lots of upvotes. Some times people flag me over politics or because I ask too many of these types of questions about Steemit. Be careful.

That's because of fluctuations in the price of Steem... it happens to everyone.

If you look at the distribution model, you'll note that the rewards are dependent not only on your posts, but posts in the same payout period overall.
Steem has boomed to over 300k users.
More upvotes but lower payouts per vote.

This started three days ago I went from nothing to upvotes for everything. I know what you are saying but I can't see how the change would be so drastic.

you may have been added to an autovoter used for hunting whale votes. they identify people above a certain rep score then like whale posts with users accounts to try to get them to notice the users.

i'm still a newbie to all this. it will be interesting to see if this is worth my time or not.

i've done lots of work on youtube, and back in 2015 it was paying pretty good. but those days are over. which is why i'm here now to see if steemit is worth it.. or if it's just hype.

Pu le kapeng hino,,,!? Drokuh baro 8 usd,,, hana can sagay,, hinan kiban,,,

I've also noticed a similar thing. It annoys me that I have nearly 400 followers yet struggle to get more than 10 upvotes per post

I've noticed a lot of new users upvote a ton of stuff. Either because they don't understand voting power (VP) or because they're hoping for follows.
