Help over a threating comment

This account holder have no business with me and he is calling him/her self a detective and threating people of downvote trail. Please either block it or deactivated the account. The post is Non-harming and not violating anyones assets. It's just a picture of a celebrity that i edited make it more eye pleasing and posted. This person is threating me.
