I noticed with powering down, I barely received anything, if anything at all.
And more so out of curiosity. When I had transferred $562.51 of LTC to Steemit, many months ago. And I ended up with around $350 of whatever is the currency to which I converted to Steem power. Is this normal to lose nearly a 1/3rd of your money when transferring bitcoin/altcoin to Steemit?
Price of Steem has dropped from 4 USD to 1.4 USD now, so that will be the reason!
