You can transfer SBD or steem by using public memo of the receiver... He or she has to send it to you in order to get balance from you. Because you will not be able to see anyone's keys.

    I searched a little bit about it.
    I found out that when i write somebody acc name in blocktrades i get his memo

      You don't need to go to blocktrades.. You can transfer from your wallet directly. And you can send just by using user name..
