Potential Payout in 6 days ...... guys any idea about that

Hi everyone, Hope you all are well and enjoying your day :)

I have few things that I want from seniors to let me know, what are those and what they meant to be. I am uploading this image in which I want to know what is meant by the currency symbol and value under every post and also what is meant for "Potential Payout in [amount value] 6 days".

I did not understand the purpose of this and how this effect a post. Any help full comment will be appreciated.
