Almonds are popularly called as Badam. they are grown in North Africa, West Asia and the Mediterranean regions.

Almonds are rich in Vitamins and Minerals and it has high amount of dietary fibre and monounsaturated fat, which makes heart healthy.which reduces bad cholesterol.

Almonds had contains fibre which helps in detox the body.and it help in digestion.high fibre diet reduces the risk of Colon cancer.

Almonds have glycemic index which decrease blood sugar.

Almonds has contains manganese, riboflavin and copper gives energy to body.

Almonds are very good to improve memory power.
