What is going on in steemit

Greeting dear boss @steemcurator01 and @steemcurator02 including @steemitblog, 10 days ago @starrchris made a complain via this post https://steemit.com/detect/@starrchris/results-from-my-research-about-healthy-steem-community here he complained about the reward system in healthy steem community. After all the evidences by @the-gorilla, it was discovered that the community thrives on giving it's reward to itself and leaving active users on its platform out.

Most annoying was the way engagement challenge winners were chosen.
Having been a victim of this marginalisation I made I had hoped that with this issue being brought to your notice something would be done about it.

But two hours ago @steem4bangladesh published it's winners for its engagement challenge and I and @yourloveguru who were among the top most engaged got absolutely nothing. Like I would like to know the criteria that makes this selection. There should be an open criteria if not this community owners will continue to abuse this engagement challenge for themselves

Look at the screenshot above and you'd notice that those in selection are either admins, community owners or very top people who do not even engage people.

This is a screenshot by @sitaraindaryas on the most engaged people in @steem4bangladesh community. How come this people did not qualify so you won't say I'm feeling pissed that I wasn't choose.

Someone please ask @stewm4bangladesh to explain how @uzma4882 came to be among the winners with just 75 comments across all communities and 46 on total engagement according to make noise project by @alejos7ven.

This is me and you can see my position with over 300 comments.

I believe by answering this question it will enable us to understand and not waste our time because I kid you not that it is not child's play to go through tens of post each about more 500 words then comment on them, meet all the requirements only for someone else to just waltz in and get the price.
Let us know what this engagement challenge is about so that we do not waste our time.

In this two communities I engaged with all publications because I enjoyed the topic and it was fun.
Let's just watch and you will see what @hive-180106 will do with its own selection.

My dear bosses if you notice I had avoided steemkidss engagement topic like a plague because I know how my country Nigerians we behave. We are not only the most corrupt country in Africa on paper but it is inherent in our daily attitude. Those ones have showed me shege(partiality) until I had to run. If you do not have a mentor you are done for.

The same thing goes for steem4nigeria community. I avoid them like a plague.

I have been quiet for so long but the for how long will I keep mute?

I was invited here by @vudeme123, I have also because of my love for this platform brought in People like @comfortpeter, @victorlives, @adachukwu, @rexzitek, @steemqueeen and @queenbeauty.

My people say that when you ignore a little smoke you will be outrun by an inferno.

I believe I speak the voice of many steemians here on this platform. Except the admins of this platform are in on this then it is my hope that something will be done about this menace that is plaguing our great steemit.

You can see I tagged the communities openly and didn't just hypocritically name then. I know there will be consequences(being marked by this communities and their admins in order to not receive support. But if they don't support me I will continue being here as an investor) for this post but I will rather face them than keeping quiet or being fearful. This is what has made my country to be backward.

I wrote what I would do if I were President of my country and in it I stated I would fight corruption. The right starts here.

While criticising these communities sir, let me also bring to your notice @steemladies community which is the only community that I have seen that is trustworthy and honest. They can never be called out for such a thing like this. Everyone should learn from their founder @patjewell.
