Do these really help? Im 18, a freshman in college and need some help. I have no problem getting the girls and getting them to my room, however what most would say the easy part is, i struggle. Sometimes lasting under 2 frickin minutes. Ill pull out and make some excuse up and with some luck usually proceed to continue on but its getting old embarrassing and not fun now. Even when I empty the tank by myself I cant seem to last more than a few minutes (however I’m usually just lazy and dont feel like trying to hold it in). Suggestions/advice/anything?

yeah, these can help a bit. the thing is that you have to wait like 5 minutes or so after you put the condom till the benzocaine starts to work…

I was also facing the same problem as you, i only did five things and now i can easily stand last for more than 45 minutes, even my partner request me to give it up, i request you to please following these :

1- To masturbate before 2 to 3 hours of your intercourse. I know, you will answered that after masturbate you are not in the mood, but try to make up your mood.
2- Eat 10-12 salted pistachio before half and hour of your intercourse.
3- Try kegel exercise at four to five times daily, it won’t take more than 10-15 minutes.
4- Stimulate your partner to make you erect, by sucking you a lot, once you are fully ready then put on a delay condom and then you lick her OR do oral / foreplay for at least 15 minutes.
5- Then start your work over her but not continuously, i mean to say that in and out for half a minutes, than rest for 15 seconds, then half to one minute and rest. Believe me just making after three to four gaps, now you may started continuously over her for more than 30 minutes.

I was also suffering premature ejaculation like you, but when i tried above mentioned tips, believe me my partner is feared of me. yes, you’re right, benzocaine condoms should not be used before oral.

My boyfriend is about 6″ and has a hard time lasting longer than a couple minutes. We have been using Trojan extended pleasure but they are kind of big and fall off sometimes. The benzocaine definitely helps but the condoms are to big. He’s tried pulling out before he ejaculates and doing foreplay but it doesn’t seem to help. hi Nana. all of the condoms mentioned above are regular size, unfortunately. there’s a solution however. he can buy a climax delay gel separately (for example this one) and apply it before putting on a condom. from what you’re saying I assume he needs a snugger fit condom and he can see some options here.
besides that I suggest that he does kegal exercises regularly and masturbate without ejaculating (postponing the orgasm).

burning sensation might indicate an infection. do it with a regular condom next time and watch if you notice any difference
