The community can be strong only by having strong people within the community. Steemit always needs people who are dedicated to making it the best it can be.

Downvoting a post can decrease pending rewards and make it less visible. Common reasons:

  • Disagreement on rewards
  • Fraud or plagiarism
  • Hate speech or trolling
  • Miscategorized content or spam
