Busay is a nice place! There was once a story of a Promdi who came to Cebu and hired a taxi from Pier Uno and immediately told the Taxi driver to take him to Boys High (USC Boys High) but sad to say he landed in Busay because the Taxi driver thought that he heard Busay! end of the story
