you know in canned beans, the water is the aquafaba, same as in canned peas and whatnot
most people drain it, but for people with eggs allergies, the water is actually a great egg white subs
Macarons are French cookies, made of almond and egg whites. I had them the first time back in hmmmm i think 2007/2008, but its becoming a huge trend in the last 5 years. ive only started making the eggless ones early 2018?
they come various flavors, they are delicate, they are not easy to achieve, they cannot be hollow etc hahaha they are a pain to make, expensive to buy, so pretentious these cookies are :P
