The pain and betrayal was much and I thought I wouldn't survive it.

I sacrificed my all to them but they still stabbed me at the back

They felt no guilt for hurting me

They took my kindness for weakness

They took my love for granted

It seemed like all my strength had been taken away from me

I cried, I questioned my worth

I felt darkness all over me

Nobody to support me

No one to stand by me

I stayed in that dark room for long

No growth, no improvement, just stagnancy

I desired a change, I prayed🙏for one and worked for it

All of a sudden, there was this awakening,

An eye opener, a self discovery, a new sense of confidence, a new feeling of self love

It was a new dawn in my life

My pain made me wiser and stronger

My experiences made me value myself and my time

I Came to an understanding that praying to God not to face challenges was ME indirectly telling him i didn't want to grow.

Challenges, obstacles is a sign that you have outgrown your present level and need to step up 👆

Problems are not punishments but reinforcers to become the best that you are meant to be.

If you look closely, that darkness is a blessing in disguise.........
