This is a day well spent with my daughter. We are just at home and our aunt comes to visit to buy stuff for us. Me and my daughter are still under home quarantine because I got infected of Covid a few days back. We need to complete the 14-days quarantine even if I got negative on the 7th day or last Friday.
My daughter decided we will just have all bread, noodles and pineapple juice for today. She told me she will make something special in the evening. What she had in mind was a ham and cheese sandwich but she added onions and tomatoes. It actually tasted good. She also put some mayo on it.
I am proud of what my daughter has become, she has stepped up and do a lot for me at the age of 14. I am so happy, the other day she was bathe me and disinfected my things. I did not even have to ask her, she's like an old soul now. I am sad that I the situation has reversed, I am now the one that needs to be taken care of instead of her. I cannot express how grateful I am that I have her, I feel so blessed. I feel her unconditional love for me and it's amazing!
