Women killed by poisoned perfume samples sent via mail.
So lately i was browsing to my Facebook and twitter feeds seeing again this old rumors spreading-out. The last time i saw this message allegedly from Glen Eagles hospital in DC was back on September 2016.
This is the announcement spreading on the social media:

URGENT News from Glen Eagles Hospital URGENT !!!!!
Seven women have died after inhaling a free perfume sample that was mailed to them. The product was poisonous . If you
receive free samples in the mail such as lotions, perfumes, diapers etc. throw them away . The government is afraid that this
might be another terrorist act . They will not announce it in the news because they do not want to create panic or give the
terrorists new ideas.

According to snopes.com, this warning originally surfaced from mid-October, 2001, just a month after the 9/11 bombing. This hoax came out again via SMS messages and also linking some other companies like the Tide detergents, and on 2010, the hoax even diverted into the Glen Eagles hospital in Kuala Lumpur.
The Real Message:
This is a forwarded email from the Office of Risk Management that says Glen Eagles Hospital treated seven women after inhaling free perfume samples that they received in the mail. The warning said that the women died and the poisonings could be terrorist related.
