It is to be known that man can't live by himself alone,
He must associate himself with others in the society thereby belonging to a group
i.e every man belong to one group or the other at different level.

Politics is inevitable in our life
Some participate strongly,
While some participate partially,
And some don't participate at all (## Apolitical)

For easy explanation there are 4 type of political participation which are as follows:

★ The Apolitical class
★ The Political class
★ The Power seekers
★ The Powerful

The apolitical class: This consists if those individuals who are inactive in politics, they are apathetic toward political process
Most of those who fall into this class do not partake in national election.

Some of those in this category tend to think that politics is not highly rewardable, and because of this reason they stay off political activities

The political class: This comprises those individual who are actively involved in Political process they are well informed about the happenings in their society.
Those who fall into this category believes that politics is highly rewardable

This individuals also belong to different political parties and get involved in the party activity,
They are ready to face all obstacles in the process because they believe that the end is always rewardable

The power seekers: this is a decentralized form of the political class those in this category often look for ways to gain power in different political institution

The powerful: this a subclass of the power seekers those in this class are already in power but they tend to gain more power than others because they are consistently in involved in political process.

Thanks @ategun for this post. Most Nigeria falls within the apolitical class because of way politic is perceived in Nigeria.

Ill say im tending towards the political class. One has to get involved in the politics of our society in other to achieve the change he desires.

Our siciety will be much better if we could all get involved

I never liked to join politics, politics do not interest me one bit.

I cannot queue up under the scorching heat of the tropical sun and cast vote for one leader who do even know of he is alive or dead.

I don't like the government, I think they are scams.

That is one of the problems we have in nigeria

Politics is far beyond voting

Whereas there is no individual that does not vote,
If you don't vote directly then you are indirectly voting the winning team (one man one vote)

So it is better to vote directly
