Learning is fun.it is a chance to discover and answer one's curiosity to know the things around as each acquires and develops knowledge and skills that can be used not only for today,but for the future as well.
The Early beginnings was conceived to foster learning that is appropriate to the age level of the young learners.It seeks to create a learning environment that is apt to their capabilities while teaching them basic skills and competencies on how to learn the different subject areas with the goal of being able to make sense of what they are learning.
The lessons are classified according to different contexts comprising the themes of self,family,school, and community.
Early beginnings break down each teaching learning process into different elements covering the different stages in the development of the lesson as it is delivered.It starts with Gear Up motivation that sparks up curiosity,sets the mood of Learning, and taps prior knowledge of the pupils.The lesson is further developed in Rev Up which aims to build confidence and personal initiative to learn through fun exercises.
The preceding learning is monitored in fast forward,which checks on the pupils ability to work independently and provides activities that enhance the mastery of the lesson.
The result of learning is measured in learning beyond that can be done in the comport of their homes and with the help of an adult.
This part promotes the development of good study habits as much as it develops collaboration between home and school.
