Hello, friends, it is a pleasure to greet you with the hope that you have an optimal health, very happy to be able to share this kind of language, in my return to this beautiful community, after a stop of almost 2 months for reasons that escape me. control, hoping to be of your liking and contribution with the Steemiteducation community.

This class is based on the criterion of teaching elementary school children in the Spanish language, who will learn to use the following punctuation marks in an appropriate way, respecting the learning criteria that may exist in English or in other languages.

Punctuation marks are language tools that help us express our ideas and thoughts clearly and easily. So that anyone can understand us and understand what others want to tell us, not only through the text but also verbally or verbally.

The Comma!

It is used to separate the elements of a paragraph.

For example:

To share, we will need sandwich, juices, soft drinks, cookies and sweets.

When we see a comma in the text, we should take a short pause.

The comma is also used to enter a clarification within a sentence.

For example:

Manuel, my friend, plays with me every day at recess.

REMEMBER! You should pause each time you see a comma.

Semicolon (;)

This punctuation sign indicates that we must pause a little longer, we use it to separate phrases or words in a text where the commas already exist.

Let's see the example:
Pedro walked through the park, ate ice cream and made many friends; however, I arrive at your house early.

Two points (:)

*They are punctuation marks that are used to enumerate.

For example:

In the market, there are: oranges, apples and pineapples.

It is also used before the textual quotes, let's visualize the following:

Example:

Maria said: "We have all come to enjoy the sun"

The Point and Followed (.)

*The Point and followed is used when a sentence ends.

Always keep in mind that after each point and followed, or point and apart, you must write the first word with a capital letter.

For example:

Juan and Luis are in the park. Playing in wet grass is fun.

We should note that every time we see a point it must stop and breathe.

The Point and Apart (.)

The point and apart is used to end and separate a paragraph.

Do you remember that it is a paragraph?

A paragraph is a set of sentences that indicate some ideas in the text.

It's very easy, let's see the following example:

This summer, I had planned to travel with my friends to the coast of the region, where the great fair of the year was held. Due to a big storm, the fair was canceled until next summer.
Maybe all the logistics of preparation that we will do for the trip, will take us a long time since we will travel from the south to the north.

Do not forget! The paragraph is a set of sentences.

The Point and End (.)

The end point is used to finish the text.
Let's see the following example:
And colorin colorado, this story is over.

NOW WE ARE GOING TO PRACTICE!
