I want to start with a question today....

Do you promote Steemit everywhere that you possibly can?

I try to promote Steemit on every occasion that arise. Steemit is a great conversation starter, and often if a conversation dies down, Steemit brings it back to life in a matter of seconds. After all these months on this platform I am still amazed by the genius concept.  This platform is just too amazing NOT to share with everyone! Up to date I have signed up  about 42 people. This means that 42 people now all have equal opportunities to earn on this platform, and although some has given up, most are still on Steemit and going strong.  How wonderful would it be if each and every person on this platform could only sign up ONE person!  This would instantly double the numbers and more people could take advantage of this wonderful platform.

In my previous post I wrote about support for all the senior Steemians on the platform.  Here are the names that I have so far. Please go and support these guys by upvoting and resteeming their posts for more exposure. Resteeming is for free!

I have contacted quite a few Steemians and we are still  communicating about the best ways to support these posts.

@cabbagepatch

@richq11

@bigbear

@everitdmickey

@grandpere

@acwood

@bilbop

@terrybrock

@len.george

@petruska13

@jaje

If you know of any other retired Steemians that needs support,  please add their names on the list. Remember if you see that they ARE actually earning, please use your vote on the next person.

We only want to support the seniors that really needs help!

Please remember to support @steemiteducation, @sportspodium as well as @steemgigs

To sign up someone to the platform often takes a lot of explanation and determination because people often don't want to listen. @surpassinggoogle is currently promoting Steemit to the Philippino community and tomorrow he will go and see a group of students at one of the universities.

We hope that all these students will be motivated and sign up to the platform in the coming weeks.  @steemiteducation supports this community all the way!

In his last post, which you can read here,@surpassinggoogle asked this question.

How do you promote steemit to students in developing nations in general?

This is my message to the Philippino students who are about to sign up to the platform, because I am sure they will!

Steemit is a block chain, social media platform where people from all over the world get together to share ideas, become friends, form communities and support each other. On Steemit we laugh, cry and learn from each other. On Steemit there is NO racism, and no discrimination.

If you are somewhat of a rebel, and you want to get out of your current situation where you are governed by society and pushed into a certain direction, and you want to have the opportunity to improve yourself as an individual, then Steemit is the place to be!

Not everyone on Steemit is here just for the rewards. Some people are here just to be part of something and to become part of the community. Steemit is much like Facebook but so much better! It is a social media platform where you can share about yourself and your experiences of your journey on earth.

On Steemit you get paid for living!

Steemit is already a great platform but it can be so much more. There are so many different cultures here on Steemit and the most amazing thing is the unity that is formed by  people from various countries all over the world. We are not all the same, but we learn about different cultures, foods, traveling destinations and the most important part is the education.

On Steemit, education is extremely important. Because of the different educational systems in the world, we get to share ideas about schools, different subjects, parenting skills, money, lots of entrepreneurial skills and so much more. On Steemit there is one difference. While we do all of the above, we are rewarded by writing about our own experiences.

What a wonderful concept this is?

People on this platform are absolutely amazing. In the beginning when @ned and @dan created this platform, they did not know HOW this platform will turn out. They took a chance by launching this platform which is still in beta form…and they created a network of support that even they could not have imagined.

The great driving force between this community and the way it works is obviously the incentive that you get for posting, but in the end you get so much more than you have ever hoped for. Students have so many new ideas and you will find all the support here on this platform that you will ever need.

  • As students, the Steemit platform gives you the opportunity to learn from each other in various ways.

You can form study groups on the platform where one posts a summary of study material, and others can use that as a guide to study from. In the comment sections where you are also rewarded for answers, you could discuss the work and be rewarded if your comments are upvoted.

If you need guidance with your language skills, use the #gedwriting tag and there will be someone to guide you and help you improve your skills.

  •  If you want to share any ideas and it is educational use the #steemiteducation tag. This group will resteem and upvote your posts.
  •  If you are an artist and you need a way to support yourself, or you just want a place to share your art then Steemit is the place for you.
  • If you are a shy person and you don’t know how to express yourself, then Steemit can help you overcome those fears. You can have a voice here and start promoting yourself.
  • Steemit will motivate you and you will become very creative!
  •  Steemit members do not throw with bricks. They will rather support you and help you build than to break you down.
  •  Steemit is a multi-racial, anti-plagiarism platform and it is open source, so you will be caught out by @cheetah bot if you plagiarize. But because the platform is open source, no one can steal your ideas!  Steemit is safe!

If you are a member on Steemit, you are PART of the community. Steemit gives EVERYONE a fair chance. In the end it is not going to be an easy journey. You will still need to work hard to build your own reputation, but the key is to persevere and not to give up.

Keep on writing good quality posts and post regularly to be noticed. There are quite a variety of other Philippino’s writing on Steemit and they have been very successful. You can follow in their footsteps.

Find someone to follow and ask that person to be your guardian to help and support you, somewhat like a Steemit buddy. On steemit you can only be yourself.  You don't have to pretend here. Become one of the pillars of the Philippino community today.

Together we can all help build this community!

Together we can achieve more!

You have inspired me to be more active and to help by trying to produce better informative posts that will help others. Your energy and great capacity to care is so amazing!
