Sipoet Bulukat, A Special Dish of Aceh's Tradition During the celebration of the birthday of the prophet Muhammad SAW will remain even though there are many other menus and culinary that enliven the khanduri. Saturday (9/11).
The celebration of maulids in Aceh, known as Maulod, is done by barking or we call it Khanduri Maulod. Maulid in Aceh, is not only done on one day as specified in the calendar. But it was carried out over a period of 3 months so it was said that the month of birth in Aceh was the longest time celebration. The implementation of the maulid tradition starts from the month of Rabiul Awal (called Maulod Awai), Late Rabiul (called Maulod Teungoh), and Jumadil Awal (or known as Maulod Akhe).
In Maulod's feast, a variety of Aceh's culinary specialties are truly without exception the Sipoet Bulukat. Sipoet Bulukat is pulut wrapped in banana leaves that have already been wilted on the fire. The wilted scent of the leaves certainly affects the taste of the pulut so that it becomes more delicious and gives a sense of its own because generally only made in the month of Mawlid.
The happiness that is immeasurable for us, when getting bulukat containing core (coconut + brown sugar) as if eating food made by our parents in the village, thus treating our longing to celebrate the birthday in my hometown .( FITRIE )

Bulukat Sipoet, Sajian Khas Tradisi Aceh Saat perayaan Maulid nabi Muhammad SAW akan tetap ada walaupun banyak menu dan kuliner lain yang ikut meramaikan khanduri. Sabtu (9 /11).
Perayaan maulid di Aceh yang dikenal dengan istilah Maulod dilakukan dengan cara berkenduri atau kita menyebutnya dengan istilah Khanduri Maulod. Maulid di Aceh, tidak hanya dilakukan di satu hari saja seperti yang ditentukan dalam kalender . Namun dilakukan selama masa waktu 3 bulan sehingga dikatakan maulid di Aceh merupakan perayaan dengan waktu terlama.
Pelaksanaan tradisi maulid dilakukan dimulai dari bulan Rabiul Awal (disebut dengan Maulod Awai), Rabiul Akhir (disebut dengan Maulod Teungoh), dan Jumadil Awal (atau dikenal dengan Maulod Akhe).
Dalam kenduri Maulod , berbagai kuliner khas Aceh di sungguhkan tanpa terkecuali Bulukat Sipoet . Bulukat Sipoet merupakan pulut yang dibungkus dengan daun pisang yang sudah lebih dulu dilayu di atas api. Aroma daun yang layu tentunya mempengaruhi cita rasa dari pulut sehingga menjadi lebih lezat serta memberi rasa tersendiri karena umumnya hanya dibuat di bulan Maulid.
Kebahagiaan yang tiada terkira bagi kami, ketika mendapatkan bulukat yang berisi inti (kelapa+ gula merah) seakan makan makanan buatan orang tua kami di kampung , sehingga mengobati kerinduan kami merayakan maulid di Kampung halaman.
