This is a very good post reminding mothers, but also fathers, the roles moms play in the lives of their children. Babies and toddlers, particularly need the love and care that only comes from a mother, you cannot employ someone to display that level of affection and have the same impact. Now teachers, many, are mothers and have those instincts, so many women in education bear a motherly approach, but for women to hand their child over to a daycare so they can go to work, they are losing influence in the life of that child.
