Traditional fishermen make use of land wind and sea breeze

Fish is one source of animal protein. This nutrient is highly needed by humans as a builder and substitute for damaged body cells. To meet the needs of fish, fishermen will try to sail with a variety of equipment, both modern and traditional.
For modern fishermen they use motorized boats and modern fishing gear.
On the other hand, traditional fishermen in some areas only use sailboats. They rely heavily on the direction of the wind. Traditional fishermen must know the rhythm of the movement of the wind both to depart or return to sea. If they cannot know well, they cannot move. For example when going to sea the wind blows from sea to land certainly cannot push ships to sea.

Land wind and sea breeze

Land wind is air that moves or blows from land to sea. Land wind usually occurs at night. This land wind is widely used by traditional fishermen to go to sea. The strength of the land wind will push the sail of the ship to the sea.
The process of land winds is initiated by the absorption of the sun's heat by the earth.
During the day the sun radiates its light and will stop illuminating after days have changed night.
The nature of the land which is faster in absorbing the sun's heat, was apparently also followed by rapid absorption of heat absorbed.
at night the temperature on the land soon becomes colder than the temperature above the ocean.
Warmer temperatures over the ocean cause airborne particles to expand and result in smaller pressures. The air is pushed up because the air pressure above the ocean is lower leaving an empty spot. Many empty places left by rising air, then the air from the top of the land flows into the ocean to fill the empty area, so that the land wind formed.
Land winds occur at night around 9 PM. The land wind will blow strongly when the sun rises
That is the sat which allows fishermen to go to sea.

One other type of wind is sea breeze. Sea breeze is the wind that moves from the sea to the mainland. Occurrence of the sea breeze during the day. This wind is used by traditional fishermen to go home to sea. The sea breeze pushes the sailboat to the harbor.
The process of the occurrence of sea breeze begins with the ability of sea water which is slow in absorbing heat but also slow in releasing heat.
When the sun emits its light will be absorbed by the mainland. Land is a solid body that is able to absorb heat emitted by the sun, much faster than oceans, which are liquid.
Because it absorbs heat quickly, land temperature when competing in the day warms faster. Temperatures above the land that are higher than temperatures above the ocean affect the decrease in air pressure. Because low air pressure causes the air to move up and leave an empty spot. The pressure of the place left is lower, so that it will soon be filled with air from the oceans which migrates to the mainland, resulting in sea angi. With this sea breeze, fishermen return to the port or to the mainland to sell their catch.
