2: Development and action: define how to act to get the best of yourself, your colleagues, work and personal relationships.
3: Self-acceptance: most people tend to minimize their skills and achievements too easily. However, keep in mind that if you value yourself and value your abilities, others will too. Anything you do to improve the concept you have about your own person, will be in your favor
