It is true that some teachers are afraid of change. These are normally older teachers who are fining innovation to be challenging. At times other teachers work in impoverished communities where resources are lacking. They try their best but the support is simply not there. Innovation is required and long overdue in education. But partneships of stakeholders is needed to bring this to fruition.
