It depends on the kids. Some kids just enjoy going to school and would love to wake up in the morning and prepare his stuffs by himself. Some others might hate morning very much. It might be they have some previous experience that influence their motivation to go to school. But you are right, parents have to take their roles here to encourage their kids desire to get knowledge at school without scolding them and can manage their anger to those who are not get used to school environment yet.
