Today we're talking about the weather. This is a simple matching exercise. Match each question with a response. The first one to get all three correct will win some SBD. Good luck!

3 - c) no, hace sol

  1. ¿Que tiempo hace? - Hace viento.
  2. ¿ Hace calor? - No. Hace frio.
  3. ¿Llueve? - No. Hace sol. 🌞

Kind of confusing. B . A . C ??? hablo un poco de español y trato de mejorar.

Hey man, this is a little off topic here but I seem to remember you posting about rainwater collection. Do you have any advice/products that you can recommend? Or can you point me to any resources you have found valuable? I am on amazon now trying to discern what is good and what is not but it feels like it could take all day. Thanks.

I personally just go on Craiglist and look for local people who are selling 55 gallon drums. I have 5 in total now, but am thinking about swithing in the future to one 250 gallon caged receptacle. I don't have experience with buying that sort of thing on Amazon, unfortunately. :/ sorry man.

Thanks. Doesn't look like amazon is the way to go for this. How do you disperse the H2O once you have it in the barrels? Just scoop it or a spigot at the bottom? Also do you have any experience with solar power? I just pulled the trigger on a hundred watt 12 volt solar starter kit. No experience here either but I feel it's the right thing to do so gonna start my research now.

I don't have experience with solar, but I'm interested in that too! Of course, in Florida, right now, even if you have solar panels, you legally need to be connected to the grid and pay the basic connection service fee.... (WTF?) so that blows. We're trying to get that law changed because it basically just protects the big energy giants.

As for my rain collection, I just have the barrels that have lids and have one barrel sitting under a downspout. Right now, since it's the rainy season, all of barrels are full and I don't need to do anything, but during the dry season, I will be moving water from the one barrel under the spout to the other barrels once I use up the rain water. Very low tech, but I like it that way. Gives me a reason to work out. For this same reason I have a push mower and won't buy a riding mower (unless I have more property like 1 acre +)
