Hello my steemit friends, Today you'll learn how to satisfy your clients needs! You will be learning this directly from the CEO himself of Madefax Real Estate Firm @madefax007.
In our previous post, we discussed what real estate agency is! How to start, what it requires and how to meet your targeted audience for better transactions.
But today you'll learn to satisfy your clients needs.

Apart from filling of consultation forms to get your clients data, you still need to do what we call ONE-ON-ONE interview with your clients to know :
*What they really want

*Which exact location are they looking forward to!

*What is the price range they can visibly work-by, or what is their price budget for the property they want.

*Your own terms and conditions of service revealed to him/her.

*And your percentage of rendering services.

As this will enable you to know if he/she is a client who's going to play safe by your rules, or the bad one who's intentions is to cheat you and break your rules of engagement.
It is always good and safe to ignore serving a client that is not ready to go by your rules of engagement, because such client will abuse your act of office, and will perhaps play a fast game on you.

Satisfying the good clients

  • Do not outrightly alternate the options of your clients. That is, don't always give options that are far different in options to the ones your client requested! Because that will spell to your client that you are not competent.

  • Always be sure of the price consideration, because thats the most important but sensitive part of the transaction. Some might think you have inflated the price, and they will decide to run away.

  • Always reveal the damn truth about the property to your clients! The documents involved, actual space of the property, ownership of the property and others.

  • Try and make sure your percentage of service is at times be negotiable, and be reasonable enough, in order to maintain a good relationship with your customers.

*Always make sure you are giving your best to your clients, in terms of services rendered! You should always keep your clients for other days.

  • But at the same time be strict and not wicked with your reasonable price for service rendered, because some clients knows you have been fair enough with your percentage, but will still wants to press more. While some will even want to know if you really know what you are doing.

  • Always update yourself with latest informations about properties standardization, to convince your customers that you are civilized, and not a novice in your line of duty.

  • Then try to be computer literate, for all things is going digital now, and it's even a platform that will enable you to render quick and easy service to your clients.
